Socks - You are required to wear socks in the studio and we reccomend purchasing a pair of our Barrecore grippy socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Barrecore St Mary Axe is a short walk (approx 5 minutes) from Liverpool Street Station. Right by the Gherkin you'll find our studio. Both exits from Liverpool Street will get you to our studio in approx minutes.

Are towels available?

Yes! Towels are available at our St Mary Axe studio. A sweat towel is available for your workout and shower towels are provided in our changing rooms.

Are there any shops, restaurants or bars near the studio?

Yes! You're in the heart of the City, you'll find loads of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, including Duck & Waffle and The Ivy.

Contrary to the earlier review having a carpet in the studio is an fantastic idea, it really helps to minimize pressure on the joints and allows you to focus on the exercises.
