At Barrecore we have a range of class formats that cater to all abilities. From our original and most famous class BarreSIGNATURE right through to our BarreADVANCED classes there is a barre workout for everyone. Browse our classes below to find the right class for you. BarreSIGNATURE

The original and most beloved class. BarreSIGNATURE caters to all abilities and is always challenging. In this class, we use a combination of bodyweight resistance, light props, and high repetitions to exhaust all your major muscle groups. The constant change of choreography keeps your mind and muscles guessing.

Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our prenatal modification session.

BarreSCULPT

BarreSCULPT offers the same low-impact, high-intensity workout as our signature class, but with added challenge! In this class we use resistance bands, which triggers the isometric connection in your muscles more easily. This generates a quicker burn out and accelerates the change you will see and feel in your body!

Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our prenatal modification session.

BarreSWEAT

Building on our BarreSIGNATURE class, BarreSWEAT is a fun-filled, endorphin HIIT, that adds low-impact, cardio exercises. It's a small step up from our BarreSIGNATURE, so we recommend having done 3-4 classes before challenging yourself to something new, fun and dynamic.

This class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

BarreFORM

BarreFORM builds on our famous BarreSIGNATURE class, but goes even deeper into our technique, helping you refine your positioning to get the most out of every single barre move in all your Barrecore classes.

With more repetitions and slower transitions, this is a great class if you're new to barre fitness, recovering from injury or are pregnant - but it's also attended by our hardcore clients as it's still a very challenging class!

Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our prenatal modification session.

BarreRESTORE

BarreRESTORE uses a unique combination of breathing techniques, joint mobilisation, and lengthening stretches. Regular stretching will help you improve your positioning in class, allowing you to hold your poses longer, and feel yourself get stronger! We recommend a weekly BarreRESTORE class to really see the benefits!

Prenatal clients are welcome to attend this class however we highly recommend first completing our prenatal modification session.

BarreADVANCED

A place for teachers to get creative with their choreography and have some fun with only advanced options. Expect advanced variations with more repetition and less recovery between sets. Get ready to be pushed to the next level with a BarreADVANCED class.

This class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

Barrecore Prenatal Modification Session

We offer private maternity modification sessions so you can enjoy full Barrecore classes with pregnancy safe adaptations. One of our expert teachers will guide you through how to adapt our classic Barrecore movements to ensure they are safe and comfortable for you during pregnancy. You can still expect a challenging workout that exhausts your muscles but is safe for you and your baby.
