Our unique Barrecore Method is an efficient, safe and intelligent way of exercising your body - proven to create lasting change in your body in just a few weeks.The secret lies in exhausting your muscles with carefully choreographed low-impact movements that bring your body into the famous "Barrecore Shake".


Our Different Barrecore Formats
BarreSIGNATURE is our original and most famous class. This class caters to all abilities and is always challenging. The constant change of choreography keeps your mind and muscles guessing. Over the years we have launched additional classes that build on this class but offer slightly different experiences. Please check out all of the classes we currently offer below!

BarreSCULPT
BarreSculpt offers the same low-impact, high-intensity workout, but with added challenge! In this class we use resistance bands, which triggers the isometric connection in your muscles more easily. This generates a quicker burn out and accelerates the change you will see and feel in your body!

BarreSWEAT
Building on our BarreSIGNATURE class, BarreSWEAT is a fun-filled, endorphin HIIT, that adds low-impact, cardio exercises. It's a small step up from our BarreSIGNATURE, so we recommend having done 3-4 BarreSIGNATURE classes before challenging yourself to something new, fun and dynamic!

BarreFORM
BarreFORM builds on our famous BarreSIGNATURE class, but goes even deeper into our technique, helping you refine your positioning to get the most out of every single barre move in all your Barrecore classes. With more repetitions and slower transitions, this is a great class if you're new to barre fitness, recovering from injury or are pregnant - but it's also attended by our hardcore clients as it's still a very challenging class!

BarreRESTORE
BarreRESTORE uses a unique combination of breathing techniques, joint mobilisation, and lengthening stretches. Regular stretching will help you improve your positioning in class, allowing you to hold your poses longer, and feel yourself get stronger! We recommend a weekly BarreRESTORE class to really see the benefits!
