Connor Clachar
Connor brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, with a passion for helping people break through barriers and achieve goals they never thought possible. As a highly skilled boxing coach with six years at Kobox Boxing Club, Connor specialises in strength and conditioning, endurance, and high-energy sessions that are both effective and enjoyable – whether one-to-one or in a group setting.
He’s also the creator of his own group bootcamps and thrives on the motivation and camaraderie that comes from training in a team environment. Known for his supportive coaching style and infectious energy, Connor meets every client where they are and helps them push confidently toward where they want to be.
Expect dynamic, results-driven workouts, a positive and empowering atmosphere, and plenty of fun along the way. Connor’s goal is to help you train smart, stay motivated, and leave feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.


Billy Allington
Billy Allington is a professional champion boxer and experienced coach, dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential. As the current IBO International Champion and former Southern Area and English Champion, Billy brings both elite-level expertise and an infectious passion for training. His commitment is rooted in discipline, consistency, and making sure every session is as enjoyable as it is effective.
Billy’s training style focuses on building strength, fitness, and coordination—one workout and one day at a time. His mission is to help each client find their inner champion, no matter where they’re starting from. Expect high energy, expert guidance, and a champion’s mindset in every session.
Jummy Bankole
Jummy is a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor and has always been passionate about movement. Her zeal for the Pilates method was nurtured through the STOTT PILATES® which ignited her understanding about the anatomy and biomechanics of the body. Her inspiration comes from a variety of fitness mediums, she explores natural and functional movement patterns for the body emphasising the wellbeing of mind & body.
She educates clients in an enthusiastic, enjoyable manner, challenging clients with emphasis on alignment and core engagement to support a healthy positive lifestyle. She teaches mindful movements with compassion adapting to the individual abilities whilst bringing a positive energy to every session through creative functional movements with an eye for precision and detail.


Layza Venancio
Layza is a barre and movement instructor with a background in dance and acting training. Her classes are fast-paced, feel-good, and known for delivering that signature barre burn.
She creates an energising space for participants to switch off, tune in, and leave feeling strong, empowered, and deeply connected to their best selves.
Tyrone Brennand
Tyrone began his yoga journey in 2015, drawn to the transformative power of the practice. He immersed himself in Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Ryan Spielman, and has continued to deepen his experience through annual workshops in London with renowned teachers including Kino MacGregor, Sharath Jois, and David Williams.
Each year, he travels to Sardinia to study with the legendary John Scott, further enriching his understanding of the Ashtanga method. Since 2017, Tyrone has also studied Vinyasa with Stewart Gilchrist and practised regularly with Emi Tull, refining a strong, disciplined, and heartfelt approach to movement and breath.
His personal practice remains rooted in Ashtanga, Dharma, and Vinyasa yoga, which together inspire his unique teaching style. Tyrone now brings his Dynamic Strength Vinyasa class to Triyoga – a powerful, breath-led flow designed to build resilience, flexibility, and inner clarity.
