Boom Cycle is a high-energy indoor cycling experience set to immersive playlists. Ride to the beat as you build endurance, push your limits and switch off from everything else in a powerful, music-led studio environment.
Reformcore
Strength. Stability. Control.
Reformcore is a dynamic approach to Reformer Pilates, combining slow, controlled movements with resistance to build strength, stability and core control. Each class is designed to challenge the body while improving movement and alignment.

Triyoga
Balance. Breath. Reset.
Triyoga offers space to both energise and unwind through movement and breath. From dynamic, strength-building flows to slower, more restorative practices, each class supports mobility, balance and overall wellbeing, helping you reconnect with both body and mind.
