7 Ways to Stay Motivated in Your Barre Practice

We know that showing up for yourself consistently isn’t always easy. Life gets full, motivation wavers, and some days, your leggings make it no further than the sofa. 

But here’s the truth: you don’t need endless energy or unshakable discipline. You just need a few tools to keep the fire burning quietly beneath the surface. 1. Let Your Goals Be Anchors, Not Pressure Points 

Forget vague goals like “get fit.” Instead, get specific with yourself: how do you want to feel? Stronger? Calmer? More connected to your body? Now build from there.
