6 Vogue Editors On Their Go-To Workouts Post-Lockdown

When our favourite gyms and fitness studios closed during lockdown, many of us turned to Zoom and IGTV workouts we could do at home. They were fun, for a while. But since the big reopening on 25 July, Vogue’s resident fitness devotees have been happily heading back to IRL classes. I miss Barrecore. Three words I never thought I’d write. Don’t get me wrong: I love Barrecore – just in a dread-it-every-single-time sort of way. Not anymore though. Never again will I complain about the sheer number of planks or the silent scream-inducing ab work or the fact that my leg just doesn’t bend that way. Despite my moaning, the sense of accomplishment once I made it to the savasana is what kept me going back. And after four months of (not really) working out in my living room, I’m dying to get back in the studio. Pass me my grippy socks!

Our unique Barrecore Method is recognised as one of the fastest, safest and most effective body transformation exercises, and has been publicly endorsed by Claudia Schiffer, Pippa Middleton, Rita Ora, Vogue, Elle, Women's Health, Condé Nast and Vanity Fair amongst many others. We have physical studios as well as online workouts accessed by Barrecore fans in over 100 countries. Barrecore is suitable for all fitness levels, and can easily be done from home without special equipment.
