OUR 4 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER THAN EVER

Our latest Challenge has started (although it's not too late to sign up)! We hope you've hit the barre today and started the month as you mean to go on.

We're encouraging you to take 4 classes a week because that’s the 'magic number' to see results that will actually last.

If you are a regular to Barrecore then you will have heard your instructors talking about it time and time again; 4 classes a week is not a temporary fitness fix. It will create long-lasting change and dare I say, long and lean muscles too.And with Barrecore classes you will continue to burn fat after your class.

Remember, you don't necessarily have to come into studio 4 times a week - you can do back to back classes too - combining a STRETCH class with a SIGNATURE for example, or doing SIGNATURE LITE if you're worried it's going to be too hard. So if 4 days a week is too much for you, then try and come regularly twice a week - you’ll certainly still see those great results.

Clients that increase their classes from 3 to 4 per week have achieved a 50% increase in their results. This is why 4 is the optimum number. Whereas increasing class frequency from 4 to 5 days a week will only result in only a 10% uplift, and may end up putting unnecessary stress on your body.

Many Clients notice a change in their body after 8 to 10 classes. However, frequency of attendance does play a big part in how quickly you produce results. This is why we run Challenges!
