WHAT MOTIVATIONAL TIPS WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE TAKING ON OUR NEW YEAR REFRESH CHALLENGE?
Christine W. - Barrecore Moorgate: “January is the perfect time to set a new goal - especially if you want to have fun and see results quickly. Try and do your classes early in the morning. It's great to start the day with a sense of achievement before you've even sat down at your desk!”
Natasha E. - Barrecore Hampstead: “It doesn't matter if you win or not - it's just so great to see your attendance and progress tracked and know that you are doing something positive for your body each time you visit.”
Anna S. - Barrecore Kensington: “During the challenge, I had my alarm set in the morning to read, "Go to Barrecore, you'll feel better if you do!". If evening workouts are more your thing, block your calendar so meetings aren't scheduled. Like with most things, planning is key. Also, try different classes and teachers and find someone that you really vibe with!”
WHAT WERE YOUR KEY HIGHLIGHTS DURING THE CHALLENGE?
Jess M. - Barrecore Hampstead: “The changes I noticed in my body, including increased strength and flexibility, better posture and reduced neck pain, was wonderful! Being new to the UK, I experienced such a sense of community. Coming to class provided me with some stability and structure, as well as friendly faces to see each day.”
Laila S. - Barrecore Wimbledon Village: “I noticed myself getting progressively stronger and felt energised throughout my day after class. This, in turn, motivated me to continue, so I was in a positive circle. I also greatly enjoyed the few minutes of relaxation at the end of the class, which allowed me to slow down and be mindful of the present.”
Paula O. - Barrecore Mayfair: “The challenge ‘forced’ me back into a great routine of regular exercise, and the classes felt like I was ‘coming home’. Barrecore teachers are all amazing. I feel pushed to my limits in class and always leave feeling stronger than when I walked in.”

Anna M. - Barrecore Moorgate: “I definitely noticed how much stronger I felt. My muscles were more toned, I felt my overall fitness levels were improved and I was able to take more advanced modifications in class!”
Anna S. - Barrecore Kensington: “Definitely stronger and more toned in my arms and abs.”
Juliet H. - Barrecore Chiswick: “I definitely felt more toned by the end of the month and had more upper body strength.”

Paula O. - Barrecore Mayfair: “Absolutely amazing! I was stunned to have not only improved my strength and muscle tone but to be rewarded with such an awesome prize! Barrecore teachers are ALL absolutely amazing, encouraging you to go further than you think you can manage, while correcting incorrect positions and making sure you work through the class correctly.”
Natasha E. - Barrecore Hampstead: “Barrecore doesn't only give me a healthy body, but 100% contributes to a healthy mind. I can process my day during class and things I didn't know were bothering me will come to the surface during class!”
