Selection of freshly baked pastries & house-made preserves
Avocado Toast
Organic poached eggs over avocado served with baby heirloom tomatoes on wood-fired ciabatta bread finished with chilli flakes
Enfrijoladas
3 corn tortillas filled with “huevosa la Mexicana”, covered with refried beans, crème fraiche, cheese and onion
Coconut Parfait
Fresh organic berries, coconut yoghurt, pumpkin seed & quinoa roasted coconut
To finish:
Mince pies and Mexican hot chocolate
