Kate is a professional Actress and yoga teacher whom trained in Hatha yoga in India. Kate then continued to expand her training and completed her level 1 in Kundalini yoga. With more of a focus on holding positions and stimulating the nervous system, she is fascinated that there are many parallels with Barre’s famous shake and burn.Kate loves how Barre leaves the body and mind feeling stronger and will encourage you to find your edge and see what’s beyond!
