Since a young age Helena has been an active person, dancing and feeling the greatest sense of happiest when moving her body. This developed into a love of various forms of exercise to support her mental and physical well being.

She hopes to inspire her clients to challenge themselves and create goals; becoming more bodily aware, working to their own maximum. She hopes to leave her clients feeling like they have achieved something, feeling strong and walking out of the studio with a positive mindset.
