Charlotte is a professional dancer and choreographer, performing in some of the most prestigious venues in the world. As well as a BA (honours) in Dance, Charlotte is a certified trainer in STOTT matwork pilates (Intermediate and advanced), Level 3 Personal Training, Pre and Post natal exercise, Anatomy Trains, Bodyreading, postural assessment, Female Pelvis (All Thomas Myers), Myofascial release and works as course instructor for TRX UK.
Her injury rehabilitation work is second to none and she has been working alongside London’s best physical therapists to provide first class complementary training for those recovering from injury or operations. Known for her positive and vibrant approach to exercise, expect to feel motivated, challenged and energised!
