Andre's classes are a great way to increase muscle strength, improve mobility and hit the reset button on your mood. He strongly believes the single best way to find balance in body and mind is to remember to put energy into self-care.

Andre is a professional dancer, who fell in love with fitness while researching ways to improve his strength and prevent injuries.
