BarreSCULPT builds on our famous BarreSIGNATURE class, but uses more resistance bands to add intensity to classic Barrecore exercises and further chisel those muscles.

The bands restrict your range of movement which allows you to feel isometric connections more easily, and generate a greater muscle burn out.

Add this class to your schedule once a week and you'll notice even faster change in your body.


Wonderful, welcome! This class requires a good understanding of our Barrecore Method. For a better experience we recommend BarreFORM and BarreSIGNATURE. Once you have done at least three BarreSIGNATURE classes, you can progress to this class.


While our classes are one of the safest ways for you to exercise, this class is not suitable if you are prenatal. We advise that you book into our Prenatal Private Session to learn modifications which will keep yourself and your baby safe, and then join our BarreFORM and BarreSIGNATURE classes.


Please make sure that you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor. We strongly advise that you stick to BarreFORM and BarreSIGNATURE for the first few months, to build back your strength. If you have any specific issues i.e. diastasis recti, we strongly advise that you book Private Sessions to get targeted help by one of our expert teachers.
