This challenging 55-minute class incorporates greater repetition of moves and slower transitions between sets to isolate muscle groups so you can really feel the intense muscle burn we’re famous for.

We recommend BarreFORM for beginners as well as the more advanced. It's also great for anyone getting back into fitness or returning after an injury and pre/postnatal clients.
