Bookings Policy

We currently operate our studios with teachers only, in order to minimize the overall number of people in the space. Our teachers will open the studio and also sign you in.

Our front doors will open 10 minutes before class, and close strictly 1 minute before class starts. No exceptions. To avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest that you please arrive 5 minutes before class. Please observe social distancing while waiting to be let into our studios.

We ask that you book your class in advance through our app or web. We will not allow drop-in for the time being.

No Shows and Late Cancellations

Clients must give a minimum 12 hours cancellation notice in advance of their in-studio booked group class start time.

A class credit will be issued back to the Client's account for future use if the Studio receives the required notice.

For Clients on any unlimited class packages, failure to give due notice or failing to turn up for class will result in a late-cancellation fee of £15 being charged.

No show or late cancellation waivers can no longer be offered as per the recent necessary reduction in class sizes in order to be covid-19 compliant.

Sorry but we cannot allow class swapping on the same day. Please note that his will be treated as a late cancellation.

Hopefully, as conditions and restrictions improve with the pandemic, we can reassess the flexibility of these policies. In the meantime please understand that they will be strictly enforced.

Clients booking Live Classes must provide a minimum of 2 hour notice before class to cancel, otherwise they will lose the class credit.

Clients may contest attendance records but must do so within 7 days of date of being charged late-cancelation fees. Otherwise, our attendance records stand and the fees remain.

For health and safety reasons we cannot allow late access to class. Clients who fail to turn up promptly for the published start time of a class may be denied access to the class.

For healthy and safety reasons, Clients may not attend more than 2 classes per day.

Clients must give a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice in advance of their Private Session. Failure to give adequate cancellation notice or not to show up at an appointment will result in the Client forfeiting the full cost of the session or loss of an appointment credit.

Limitation of Liability

The Company cannot be held responsible for any particular class or private session, instructor and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the class timetable and appointments for private sessions, instructors and/or equipment, as well as to those ancillary facilities (e.g. showers), provided to Clients, without notice and in its absolute discretion and the Company will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except in so far as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion.
